Laboratorium Nowych Technologii

AI agent orchestrationanalytics and IT operations

I build software that talks to people in plain language, reaches into company data and systems on its own, and gets the job done. Not another dashboard full of charts — an answer.

Let's talk

Two areas

One technology, applied to the two things that cost a retail business the most time: getting at your own numbers, and keeping the hardware running.

Klara, the analytics agent

Sales analytics

A director or owner asks about sales, margin and stock levels in an ordinary sentence, the way they would ask an analyst. The agent queries the data warehouse itself and answers with a figure that reconciles to the last cent. No waiting for a report, no new tool to learn.

Running in production

Wiktoria, the operations agent

IT operations

The agent diagnoses and resolves problems with Windows workstations, the local network and routers — before the ticket even reaches the queue. It takes the repetitive cases off people's hands, the ones that always end in the same procedure anyway.

Prototype stage

Where this already runs

2 retail chains running it in production
dozens of people using it every day
20 years of experience in retail systems

Labnot is one person. That means you deal with the same individual who designs the system, deploys it, and then maintains it — no sales layer, no handing your case to someone else, no explaining it from scratch a second time. I work on multi-year maintenance contracts, because a system that counts money needs someone looking after it in year three as well.

Behind those deployments are twenty years spent on systems for retail. Since 2006 I have run the user forum for Comarch ERP XL — the system Polish retail chains run their sales and stock on. Some of the tools built along the way are public: ERP modules, network utilities, the Polish localisation of ProjectLibre.

Where the name comes from

Labnot is an abbreviation of the full company name in Polish: LABoratorium NOwych Technologii — Laboratory of New Technologies. The six filled squares in the mark are the six letters of the name, arranged 3 / 2 / 1, exactly as they split across the three words.

Contact

The best first step is a short conversation about where, in your company, getting an answer to a question about numbers currently takes too long. No pitch deck, no obligation — and if I conclude I am not the right person to help, I will say so straight away.
